*card designing - I love making hand made cards for almost every holiday. My favorite item to use are foamies. What makes a great card is it being unique and made specially from you! I like to be more creative and use grocery/newspaper ads since they have holiday pictures and words. Cut them out with scrap book scissors to make them more fancy. Glue the pictures and words at different angles to make them stand out. They can be accented with ribbons and stickers. If using a plain white envelope, use different colors to color the back and put stickers and other stuff on it too. And to go even further, I like to add swirls, squiggly lines, zig zags, polka dots, and other hand drawn designs to it the keep out the plain spots. This makes it even better. This makes the card look like a page from a scrap book.
